APC Mini MKII support

QuickShow 5.2 includes support for the USB/MIDI-based console called the APC Mini MK2 made by Akai.

Unlike other MIDI devices used by QuickShow, the APC Mini MKII will be detected when QuickShow starts, with no intervention or configuration needed by the user. Simply plug it in and start QuickShow.
